We aim to deliver your products safely, quickly, and in perfect condition.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you via SMS/email.
2. Shipping Timeline
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
Remote / Village Areas: 6–10 business days
Note: Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
Delivery location
Product weight
Offers/discounts running at the time
Free shipping may be offered on specific order values or promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

✔ Courier name
✔ Live tracking linkYou can track shipment status anytime using the provided details.
5. Packaging & Safety
We use secure, moisture-proof, multi-layer packaging to ensure your tea reaches you fresh and intact.
All orders are sealed and quality-checked before dispatch.
6. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the parcel may be returned to us.
Re-delivery can be arranged, but additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Incorrect Address / Door Closed Issues
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to:
Incorrect/incomplete addresses
Wrong contact details
Door locked
Customer unavailable for delivery
Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered:
Do not accept the package
Take photos/videos
Contact us within 24 hours at support@ojatdharatea.com
We will assist you with replacement or further steps.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping unless mentioned otherwise.
At Neelam Tea, we’re committed to delivering your favorite blends quickly and safely. Our goal is to ensure that every order reaches you fresh, on time, and in perfect condition.

Shipping Time
Delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Remote areas may take a little longer to deliver.
Please note that unexpected delays due to weather, courier issues, or festivals are beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on orders above a certain value (as mentioned during checkout).
For orders below the free-shipping threshold, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can use this ID to track your package on our courier partner’s website.
Packaging
All our products are packed carefully to ensure freshness and prevent damage during transit.
We use eco-friendly and durable packaging to maintain our quality and sustainability promise.
Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
Neelam Tea will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
In case of non-delivery due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We are working towards expanding our delivery network globally soon.
