Return & Refund Policy

We ensure premium-quality products, but in rare cases if you face any issue, please read our return & refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

We accept return or replacement only under the following conditions:

Wrong Product Received

If the product delivered is different from what you ordered.

Damaged Product

If the packet is torn, leaking, tampered, or damaged on arrival.

Expired or Defective Product

If you find that the product is expired or has quality issues.


2. Non-Returnable Items

As per food safety standards, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened tea packets

  • Used products

  • Tea packs with seal broken

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items without full unboxing video

This is strictly due to hygiene and FSSAI guidelines.


3. Return Request Window

You must raise a complaint within:

24–48 hours of delivery

Requests beyond this time may not be accepted.


4. Mandatory Proof Required

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Full unboxing video (from opening the parcel to showing the issue)

  • Clear photos of:
    ✔ Outer box
    ✔ Product packet
    ✔ MRP & batch details
    ✔ Visible damage (if any)

Without proper proof, the claim cannot be approved.


5. Refund Process

Your refund will be processed if the claim is verified. Refund will be issued in the form of:

  • Bank Transfer, or

  • Original Payment Method, or

  • Store Credit / Replacement

Refunds usually take 3–7 business days after approval.


6. Replacement Policy

If eligible, we will send a free replacement of the same product.
Replacement is subject to stock availability.

If the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative product.


7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel the order only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If payment is already made, refund will be initiated after cancellation approval.


8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

No refunds will be provided if:

  • Wrong address entered

  • Customer unreachable for delivery

  • Parcel returned due to repeated failed attempts

Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
